Midway Christian Academy Preschool Curriculum

• All preschool classes have a dedicated teacher and teacher assistant in the room.
• All preschool classes participate in a weekly music and movement class.
• All preschool classes participate in monthly Chapel program and special programs throughout the school year.
• All preschool students receive a book bag and MCA T-shirt at the beginning of the school year.
• MCA uses an active teaching method that includes art, cooking, song, etc. to enhance the learning process.
• All preschool classes us an embellished We Learn Curriculum for academics  and the Journey curriculum for the Christian teachings.
• All preschool classes have midmorning snacks and outdoor supervised free play or inside in the gym in inclement weather.
• Each preschool class time includes one-on-one activities with the teacher, group activities and circle time.
• Each preschool class participates in service projects that promote Christian values in the community or among other children.
