Communion is served during worship services the first weekend of every month. The highest sacrament of the United Methodist Church is Holy Communion. The United Methodist Church recognizes baptism and Holy Communion as sacraments because they were acts ordained by Christ. Through Holy Communion we remember God's saving work through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We are reminded of the gifts of God's grace and forgiveness given to each of us. In communion, we celebrate what God is doing among us and through us. Holy Communion is open to all persons In the United Methodist Church. You do not have to be a member to participate.
